It composes of heat insulation coat, pants, helmets, neck-cover, gloves and shoe-covers.
Aramid aluminum foil clothes which can stand for high heat, and 2 or 3 layers material for fire-prevention, heat insulation, and fire fire prevention lining. All of the above materials are sewed with fire prevention threads made by American Dupont Co.
- Performance Standards
- Fire prevention: it can stand for temperature higher than 1300oC. Damaged length caused by fire is less than 100mm, continuous burning is less than 2s, time needed for fire prevention is less than 5s.
- Tear tension: The tear tension of latitude and longitude is more than 32N.
- Broken Tension: The broken tension of latitude and longitude is more than 450N.
- Radiating heat prevention: The inside surface temperature rises less than 25oC under 10kw/m2 radiating heat after 30s. The reflection rate of heat radiation is more than 90%, the heat prevention rate is more than 3%.
- Water Proof: The endurance of static water pressure is more than 4000Pa.
- Seam Tear Tension: The seam tear tension is less 400N. (All are in accordance with GA88-94)
