1.1 Before releasing the rescue boat, check whether the power supply, operating parts, control parts, hooks, and wire ropes of the crane are in good condition, and conduct trial operations to confirm that they are in good condition; Then check whether the hook, accessories, release mechanism, and lifting mechanism of the rescue boat are in good condition. After confirming everything are in good condition, persons from all positions are in place to prepare for releasing of the rescue boat.
1.2 The designated person shall pull out the safety pin and at least two crew members shall enter the boat, install the boat plug and check whether the position of the life-saving equipment is correct, whether the engine is in a ready to start state, and whether the fuel tank and fuel pipeline are in good condition. After inspection, report to the designated personnel and follow the instructions of the commander to coordinate the operation.
1.3 Send out the bow cable and fix it at the forefront of the boat to release the anchor cable.
1.4 Operate the crane operating handle to release the boat to the deck boarding position.
1.5 Boarding personnel should wear thermal insulation suits, life jackets, and safety helmets, and board the boat in order and sit properly. Start the rescue boat engine to confirm normal operation and report to the command personnel.
1.6 Operate the crane operating handle and combine it with the actual operating environment to safely release the rescue boat to the water surface, and prepare to release the boat hook.
When the rescue boat comes into contact with the water, quickly release the hook.
